Tribute
It is with both great sadness and much joy that we announce our beloved husband, father,
grandfather, and great-grandfather quietly and peacefully passed into the waiting arms of Jesus on
Thursday, January 26, 2023.
Allan (Al) was born December 17, 1934 in Dalmeny, Saskatchewan to John and Anna Dickman.
Predeceased by his parents, siblings Harold, Betty, and Arnold, daughter Cindy, and grandson
Joseph. Survived by his wife, Lorraine, of forty-six years, three children, Diane (Ivan), Greg, (Vonda),
and Shauna (Nghi), seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Monday, February 13, 2023 at 2:00 pm at Nikkel Hall in
Central Heights Church, 1661 McCallum Road, Abbotsford, BC.
In lieu of flowers, donations to
Muscular Dystrophy Canada would be appreciated.
