Tribute
It is with sadness, and gratitude for 93 years of life, that we share the peaceful passing of Calliopi (Popi) Antonopoulos into the arms of her Saviour, on July 28, 2022 with family by her side.
Born on June 20, 1929 in Greece, she is now reunited with her beloved husband Konstantine (Gus) who predeceased her in 2013 along with many other loved ones who went before her.
She will be deeply missed and always remembered by her son Nick and daughter-in-law Renee; her adored granddaughters Melissa (Devin) and Kyla (Eddy); her nephew Kostas and family; along with many other family members and friends in Canada, the US and Greece.
A service to honor her life will be held Tuesday, August 16 at 11 a.m. at St. Nicholas & Dimitrious Greek Orthodox Church, 4641 Boundary Road, Vancouver; followed by a graveside service at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Burnaby.
The family would like to sincerely acknowledge the help and support that has been provided by Wiebe & Jeske Funeral Home and thank them for their kindness and compassion.
