Tribute
Don passed away December 24th at the age of 72 . He is survived by his loving family, wife of 49 years, Carolyn, daughter Siobhan (David), son Kim (Carola), granddaughters Shania, Tati and Gigi, step granddaughters Ellie, Bryanne and Carina. His is also survived by his sisters Kathy, Sandra, Sharon (Jack), brothers Bill (Kelly), Terry, Rob and Gary (Corinne) and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his young son Sean, his parents and brother Michael. Don was a kind and generous man who loved his family and many friends and showed it in so many ways. He was a coach with the Renfrew Trojan Community Football Club for 21 years. He also loved to go fishing, watch football and old movies in his Man Cave having a beer with his friends. He will be dearly missed. The family would like to thank the staff, doctors and nurses at Surrey Memorial Hospital for their excellent care and compassion they gave Don and to us as well. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers a donation to your favourite charity would be appreciated.
