Formerly of Winnipeg and late of Chilliwack passed away March 5, 2018 aged 79 years. Fred is survived by Sandy, his wife of 49 years; children Teresa Costley, Kim (Tom) McIntyre, Bryan Costley and Heather Main; 12 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren and other family members and friends. There will be no formal service by Fred’s request.

I often remember the old neighbourhoood, and when I drive by, I think of your whole family.
