Tribute
Frieda passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, August 30, 2018 at the age of 89. She is survived by her daughters Geraldine (Wendyl) Clare, Donna (Clifford) Pringle; grandchildren Kimberley (Marcel) Kuhn, Bradley (Pamela) Irvine, James (Lindsay) Pringle and Ken (Angie) Pringle; great grandchildren Benjamin and Donovan Kuhn, Joshua, Cole and Ayva Pringle as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Frieda was predeceased by her son-in-law Rick Irvine as well as her seven siblings Emma Kandt, Albert Ritz, Rudolph Ritz, Hugo Ritz, Helmut Ritz, Alice Krause and Erwin Ritz. Memorial service will be held Wednesday September 12 at 1 p.m. at Clearbrook MB Church, 2719 Clearbrook Road, Abbotsford with Pastor Walter Wiens officiating. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice.

so sad to hear of her sudden passing and such a wonderful person, she will be missed but lived a hard life and learnt so much from her and listened to her stories.

Frieda was a very special part of my childhood. I remember her fabulous cooking/baking and special Easter dinner. I remember staying at her house several times and one time in particular, waking up with the measles and Frieda took very good care of me. She will always have a very special place in my heart.
