Gordon Fergus

Tribute

 

It is with sadden hearts that we announce the passing of Gordon Fergus. Gord passed away in Surrey Memorial Hospital on Wednesday April 26th 2017, surrounded by loved ones. Born in Scotland on August 20th 1941, he immigrated to Canada where he made his home in the Lower Mainland.

Left to remember Gord are his daughter Sheila (Steve) his daughter Brenda (David), his son Dirk, his brother Reg (Debbie), his sister in law Marian and nephew Doug (Rosie) and grandchildren Jaycob, Jersey, Izaea, David, Tavis, Chase and Summer. Gord was predeceased by his mother Violet and brother Doug. He will be sorely missed by his family and many friends.

The military was Gord’s life and passion. A memorial service will be held upstairs in the Whalley Legion 13525 108th Avenue, Surrey BC on June 17th, 2017 at 1pm.
