It is with great sadness our family announces the peaceful passing of Helene Dyck in Abbotsford, BC. Helene is survived by her loving husband, Heinrich, with whom she shared and walked through life for 62 years. Helene will be deeply missed by her 2 daughters Susanna Dyck and Helene Ryan (Wayne); her 4 sons Frank Dyck (Loretta), Heinrich Dyck, Herman Dyck, Rudy Dyck (Anne); her 10 grandchildren Beverly Selle (Jason), Christine Guy (Rob), Daryl Dyck (Lisa), Daniel Korness (Kristina), Amber Keith, Amanda Keith (Brad), Carson Keith, Kennady Dyck, Adella Dyck, Callum Dyck; her 11 great-grandchildren Sierra, Cora and Rive Selle, Audrey and Claire Guy, Carmen, Micah and Alaina Dyck, Layton, Kadynce and Hailey Korness.
Helene’s great passions in life were family, friends and a strong unwavering faith in the Lord.
Helene leaves behind a beautiful legacy of unconditional love and service.
Rest in peace Mom, in the arms of Jesus. You will forever be in our hearts.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00pm on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at Eben-Ezer Mennonite Church, 2051 Windsor St., Abbotsford – Interment to follow at Maclure Road Cemetery. If desired memorial donations to MCC would be gratefully appreciated.
