Tribute
Late of Abbotsford passed away on July 24th at 89 years. He was predeceased by all 17 of his siblings. He is survived by: his loving wife, Doris, son John (JoAnn) of Kentucky, and two grandchildren. Rev. Harder, born on a farm near Borden, SK, was a retired Seminary Professor, Mennonite Brethren pastor, and radio broadcaster at the time of death, having had effective ministries in Saskatchewan and California. He also had a strong connection to the Jewish community and took many tours to Israel. A Memorial Service will be held on August 4th at 1:00 pm at Central Heights Church, 1661 McCallum Rd., Abbotsford.

So many fond memories of Pastor Harder’s time here in Saskatoon. His memory and legacy will live on through the many people he impacted for the kingdom. So many of his sermons were listened to long after he left Saskatoon on family vacations and handed out to countless friends and family. Thank you Harder family for sharing your husband and Dad with us as a church family.
