Words cannot express the sadness our family holds in our hearts with the passing of our beloved Henry. He was an incredibly free spirited young man who was full of adventure and had a tremendous amount of love for his family and many friends. Henry left us suddenly after a tragic car accident at the age of 22. He leaves behind his parents Christine Niessen and Eric Niessen; sisters Jocelyn Wagner (Rick), Laura Wagner (John); big brother Sean Wagner and nephews Jacob, Jeremy and Evan. Henry will be forever in the thoughts and memories of many family members and good friends. Our family would like to thank the Mission Search and Rescue Team for their help in bringing Henry and Sam home. To Henry’s dear friends Dylan Ovesen, words cannot express the love and appreciation that goes out to you for being there with Henry when he needed you the most. A celebration of Henry’s life will be held Saturday, June 7 at 2:00 p.m. at Solid Rock Christian Fellowship, 34371 – 4th Avenue, Abbotsford. In lieu of flowers an account has been arranged for donations at CIBC in memory of Henry or email loveforhenryniessen@gmail.com.
