Tribute
On August 31, 2014, at age 92, Herman passed peacefully into the presence of his Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. Herman was born February 1, 1922 in Amsterdam, Netherlands. He is survived by the love of his life, Riek (Angel) Roosenberg, his son John (Cindy) of Edmonton, daughter Cathy Roosenberg of Abbotsford, grandchildren Leanne, Angela, Sean, and Cory Roosenberg, and Cara (Smarth) Clement, Racheal (Andre) Hummelman, Anthony (Easton) Vandenborn, and 13 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his daughter Ineke Roosenberg. The family wishes to thank the staff of Menno Home and Menno Terrace East for their gracious, loving care of Herman. A celebration of life will take place on Wednesday, September 10, 2014 at 1:00 pm, at Living Hope Christian Reformed Church, 34631 Old Clayburn Rd, Abbotsford, BC.
