Tribute
Jack, aged 76 years, died peacefully August 4, 2016 at Holmberg House Hospice after a 13 year battle with prostate cancer. He fought bravely and kept his sense of humor to the end. Jack is survived by his loving wife Ann; daughters Arlene Mutter and Margaret McNeice; three granddaughters, Stephanie, Michelle and Chelsea-Lee; and three great grandchildren; Greysen, Emmersyn and Cadence. No service as per Jack’s wishes.
