Tribute
It is with sad and broken hearts that we share of Mom's peaceful passing on Sunday, October 23, 2016 at the young age of 78 at the Cascade Hospice in Chilliwack. The family wishes to extend our grateful and sincere thanks to the Home Support Nursing Team – Dr. Ron Bull, Johan, Dean, Patricia and Connie. A Celebration of Mom’s Life will be held on Saturday, November 12th at 1:00 pm at the Salvation Army Community Church at 46420 Brooks Avenue, Chilliwack, BC.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Mom’s memory made to Cascade Hospice, 45586 Macintosh Drive, Chilliwack, BC will be gratefully accepted.
