Tribute
John went to his heavenly home on December 1, 2018, at Mission Hospice. He was born at Alexander Krone Ukraine and immigrated to Canada in October of 1948. John was married to Annie Regier on May 18, 1952. After living in Vancouver for 2 years, they lived in Abbotsford BC where Annie still resides. John will lovingly be remembered by Annie, his wife of 66 years, his children AnneMarie, Henry, Neil, Dave, Menno and Dan, and by his Grandchildren Jessica, Natalia, Adam, Christy, Carly, Kendra, Katie and Brianna, as well as the rest of the extended family. John was pre-deceased by his parents and 3 sisters.
A celebration of John’s life will be held at Ebenezer Mennonite Church at 2051 Windsor St. Abbotsford BC on December 10. Viewing will be at the church at 9:30 AM and the graveside service will be at the Maclure Rd. Mennonite Cemetery in Abbotsford at 10:30 AM. The memorial service will be at the church at 12:00 noon, followed by a reception at the church.
