I was sad to learn of Marguerite’s death on returning to Canada on May 17th. She met the challenge of her illness with great courage and I am glad to know she is no longer suffering. Her kindness and compassion have been experienced by many over the years and I will miss my opportunities to connect with her. My thoughts are with her friends and family.

Relation: Marguerite was my supervisor
Marguerite was a kind and supportive person who will be greatly missed. I have not seen Marguerite since she retired, but I have thought about her many times. I remember Marguerite being incredibly encouraging and acknowledging of all of her staff. I did not know that she was not well. I just pray that her passing was peaceful and that her family will be comforted by knowing how highly Marguerite was regarded and loved.

I just learned about Marguerite’s passing and had no idea she was ill. A good and kind person has left us. Even after her retirement she continued to work for the betterment of her community through her volunteer time with the Food Bank. Her familly, friends and community will miss her. My thoughts are with them.
