Tribute
It is with great sadness that the family of Martha Penner Neumann announces her death on October 27, 2016.
Martha was the beloved wife of Peter. The dear mother to Barbara (Bob), Patricia (Ed), Brenda (John) and Gayle (Brian). She was adored by her grand and great grandchildren. She will be terribly missed.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations be made the Mennonite Central Committee.
The celebration of Martha's life will be held on November 4, 2016 at 11:00 am at Cascade Community Church, Abbotsford.

I was saddened to hear of Martha’s passing. I hadn’t seen her for several years but thought of her often. She was such a dear friend to mom and especially her final days. Martha will always be remembered by the girls she spent so much time with at the “Y” pool. I don’t think a day goes by that someone doesn’t mention her name in a sentence containing the words “kind” “considerate” “caring” “gracious” and many other positive and loving words. We were invited and attended her 80th birthday party, which she threw herself; and we all have photos of her taken in the pool on I believe her 85th. God bless Martha and her family.

Relation: Martha was a neighbor, across the road in Promontory.
My sincere condolences go out to Martha’s daughters and the rest of the family, especially Peter. Both Bill and I loved having them as neighbors. We had many good visits. Martha and I became very good friends and I loved her dearly. We were always across the road if one needed to borrow an egg or such.She will be terribly by all, and my only regret is we never got to have that last lunch together. Love and hugs to all.
