Tribute
With deep sadness we announce our beloved wife, mother & grandmother Mary Hubensky ‘s peaceful passing into the presence of her Lord on Friday, March 17,2017 at the age of 90. Predeceased by her parents David J. & Maria (Siemens) Froese and siblings: Jacob (Louise), Anne (Isaac)Bergen, and an infant brother and sister. Mary is lovingly remembered and will be deeply missed by her husband Russell and their children Barbara (Greg), James and David (Robert); and grandchildren Lisa, Jesse & Tess, plus close extended family & friends. Although gone she will reside in the hearts and minds of her beloved family through to eternity. Mary had a major stroke in July 2013 and moved to Menno Hospital where she remained till her death. Our family would like to thank Dr. K. Dueck and Staff of Menno Hospital for their support, compassionate care and devotion during her 3 years, 4 month stay. Mary had a boundless spirit for life. She truly lived life to the fullest. Her devotion to her family and faith was amazing. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held Friday, April 7 at 1:30 p.m. Emmanuel Mennonite Church, 3471 Clearbrook Rd., Abbotsford. So sorry to read this today in the paper. We often thought about Mary after we no loneger visited every day. Daryl did stop in a few times after his Mom passed but it was not the same.
He knows how special your Mom was and her love of the farm stories.

It was a difficult night at Menno Hospital when Mary, your beautiful Mother passed, and it seems so empty now. She was such a ray of sunshine–always a smile. I’m sure she is still smiling up above and looking down blessing you for your faithfulness in caring for her while she was here.
I’m so sorry for your loss and trust that you will be comforted to know that friends care and also to that she is now out of her pain- no more sorrows, no more pain.
