Tribute
It is with heartfelt sorrow that we announce the passing of Mi Youk Huang on February 6, 2016 at the age of 65 years. She is survived by husband Tic San Huang. She is also survived by her loving children Hung (& Wannie), Ho (& Hitomi), Chih (& Emi), Na (& Derek), and Heng (& Amy); her grandchildren Justin, Courtney, Jaelynn, Madison, Nathan, Ethan, Sydney, and Marcus; sister Mi Ling in Aldergrove and brothers Thong Khoune in Bordeaux and Thongdy in Paris as well as many other family and friends. Upon family request, the urn interment ceremony will happen Saturday morning February 13 with only the family in attendance. There will be a memorial gathering and celebration of life on Saturday, February 13 at 12pm(noon) at Lao Christian Church, 2051 Windsor Street, Abbotsford, B.C. The family would like to thank all for their thoughts, love, and condolences.

When we lose a loved one here on earth, we gain an angel in heaven that watches over us.I know that she’s with the angels now and making them laugh like she did here on this earth. For we know that when she departs from this earth she never truly leaves, she will still live in our hearts and minds, through us, she lives on.May fond memories of mom/mama bring you comfort during this hard time in your life. Look back on all the good memories you were able to have and smile at the fact that you were able to share these before she passed away. She will never be forgotten for we have a strong and close family that will cherish the memories and we’ll tell everyone what an amazing, loving and forgiving person that she is. We will miss you, and we will always love you. You’ll always be in our heart and mind. Thank you for being our mother/ grandmother. We were truly blessed to have you in our lives.
