Daughter of the late Yvette and Roy Hacquard and wife of the late Alan Urquhart, Pat leaves behind her beloved daughter Jessica Urquhart and beloved son Andrew Urquhart; her brother Michael and sister-in-law Marianne Hacquard; her sister Jo-Anne Gross; her brother-in-law and sister-in-law David and Suzanne Smith; brother-in-law and sister-in-law Fred and Sue Urquhart; her niece and nephews Taylor and Devin Hacquard, David and Jeffrey Gross, Greg and Steven Smith, and Jennifer and Christopher Urquhart. The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made in Pat’s name to the Canadian Arthritis Society.
