Tribute
passed away peacefully in hospital with her family at her bedside on Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at the age of 83 years. Theresa loved opera, theatre, travel, dancing, fashion and home décor. She also had an avid interest in world events including social equality and really enjoyed the time she spent volunteering with BC Mental Health. Theresa was born and raised in Riverside, Albert County, New Brunswick. She lived in White Rock with her husband Claude who predeceased her. She is survived by her son John; grandson Eric; sisters Camilla, Elta, Elva and Linda, Freda and niece Tanya and numerous others from Quebec and New Brunswick. In keeping with Theresa’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial tea was held Thursday, October 13 and her ashes were laid to rest in the family plot at Victory Memorial Park Cemetery in South Surrey.
