Tribute
Born February 8, 1921 in Rosenort, Ukraine went to be with his Lord September 1, 2011. He is survived by his loving family, Anna his wife of 68 years; children: Annie (Norm) Jago, Rudy (Darlene), Henry, Willie (Kathy) and Elsie (Gary) Simpson; 16 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; other relatives and friends. Walter was predeceased by his daughter Louise Appledorn, sisters Marie Bank and Lusie Derksen and brother George. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, September 6 at 1:00 p.m. at Clearbrook Mennonite Church, 32027 Peardonville Road, Abbotsford. In lieu of flowers donations to MCC would be appreciated.
