It is with great sadness and fond memories that we announce the passing of Bradley James Siwak of Aldergrove, while surrounded by friends and family. Brad is survived by his parents Ron and Sheila; sister Tammy (Scott); brothers Mike and Cameron (Christina); nieces Courtney and Brooklyn and nephews Daniel and Brennen. Also left to cherish his memory are many aunts, uncles, cousins and devoted friends that are like family. Brad was a loving, caring, full of life type of guy. Everyone that has ever had the pleasure of having Brad in their lives will miss his smiles, laughter and huge, loving heart. Please join us for a celebration of Brad’s life Saturday, September 29 at Bradner Hall, 5305 Bradner Road, Abbotsford. Please arrive by 2 p.m. ; truck convoy will attend at 2:30 p.m. and celebration of life to proceed at 3 p.m. followed by reception. In lieu of flowers please consider donating to something close to Brad’s heart – The Langley Literacy Association. The LLA Wrap-A-Read project provides a new book to children registered with the Langley Christmas bureau. A $5 donation helps purchase a book for a child and includes a dedication to the donor. Cheques can be made out to the Langley Literacy Association (please add memo note ‘In Memory of Brad Siwak’) and may be mailed to Langley Literacy Association, c/o City of Langley Library, 20399 Douglas Crescent, Langley, V3A 4B3 or you may leave in a basket at the celebration.

I am so sorry for your loss, the death of a child is such a tragity. I met your son on many occasions and he was a fine man and very much a gentleman. He was a great friend to my son Jason who passed away earlier this year. He had many friends who truly cared about him and he will be missed
