From: Dale Epp
Relation: Worked in Stockade together
Gerald lived and breathed boys club in Dalmeny. His quite enthusiasum for the club program was infectious. He started the practise of having the boys in 4th year stockade make their own wall clocks. Each of my sons still have them. The Stockade car races got his adrenaline flowing. He made that event a highlight for me and every one else. His life impacted many boys and men in Dalmeny. Gerald introduced day old Kentucky fried chicken to us as an alternative to wieners on our numerous quad trips down to the North Saskatchewan River. Who would have thought that roasting it would improve the flavour. Sheryl and my condolences to the family. Dale Epp
