Tribute
Marie passed away quietly at the Residence in Mission, extended care unit on January 28, 2015 just 20 days past her 98th birthday. She was born in McAdam Junction, New Brunswick and moved to Tofield, Alberta as a young child. Marie had 3 sisters (Ethel, Eileen and Audrey) and 2 brothers (Allison and Ross). She was predeceased by her parents (Frank and Edith Scott) her husband (Robert White) and all of her siblings except for Audrey Scheidecker.Marie married her husband in 1948 and they made their home in Burnaby. She took pride in being the best wife she could be to her beloved husband Bob and was very active in the Legion for many years, she loved to play cards and watch football and hockey. Marie suffered from Alzheimer's in the latter years of her life. She was dearly loved and will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews.
